If you want to give a Permission for a  User to Create a Root PF folder

RBAC doesn’t have that option , so we got to give that manually in Active Directory

  1. Hi! Great post.

I’m facing a different problem with public folders, and i hope you could help me. I would like users to be able to see a public folders and list contents (Reviewer), but disable the option to “Copy Folder” that appears in OWA. Through Outlook this option is disabled, but in OWA is permitted.

Have you ever encountered this problem?

    Thank you in advance,
    Gabriel Martínez

    • Hi Hemant,

Its not going to affect any function of Mail Enabled Public Folders.

It will work without any issues. It should accept messages from internal and External.
