Solution –
Please Create a Test OU . and test it.
Open Active Directory Users and Computers
Properties of OU – Click on Exchange Trusted Subsystems – Give Full Control – Apply OK
That should solve it .
Thanks. Your solution only seems to be a workaround. It is working fine but this is not a correct solution, or?
Looks like a product bug . hopefully it should be resolved in further updates
Thanks for this. Worked for me. Strange though as we never had this issue when we first installed Exchange 2013. BTW, your screenshot of the OU permissions is a little bit confusing. Your text talks about “Exchange Trusted Subsystems” and that’s highlighted, but you have used RED to “hide” the besadmin domain, but it makes it look like you are “underlining” Exchange Windows permissions. Took a few minutes to work that out (long day).
Added Click ON . Thanks for the feedback
Thank you very much
Hello,
Could you plz explain, how to reach on “Properties of OU – Click on Exchange Trusted Subsystems” step by step. I tried everywhere. But I could find it anywhere.
It’s only showing the General tab. Plz guide
While writing to which OU – you getting hte error . Right click the properties of the Organizational Unit . you can see the security Tab.
