Try removing the persisted preferences for the console by deleting the wsus file under %appdata%\Microsoft\MMC\.

Solution –

  • Verified Sufficient CPU / RAM
  • Verified Anti virus was skipped to Scan Contentdir and Targetdir

  • Increased Private Memory limit for WsusPool to 10 GB in my case. for 3000 endpoints.
