Choose Enable on the Right pane :
Click on Yes
Using Exchange Management Shell
Choose Edit
It has options to Send as & Send on behalf
You can configure Mail flow settings

How Outlook 2010 / 2013 accessed public folders In Ex2013 , Is it connection through CAS server or it will go through Directly mailbox & which port it will use.
no Connection goes to mailbox directly . Everything connection does proxy from CAS to MBX
