Open Active Directory users and Computers – View – Advanced features has to be checked.
User Properties –
Security TAB – Click on Advanced
Click on Enable Inheritance –
Inheritance is something where the above groups permissions which will be stopped applying to the end user object.
Enabling inheritance is approving/allowing the groups/objects above the user object
Choose yes.
Now Active Sync should be working —
