Step 1 .
Open Exchange System Manager – Right Click on your Organization – Properties

Step 2.
Now you can see Exchange 2003 is in Mixed Mode
Click on Change Mode where you can change to native mode


Click on Yes
Great !!
Now your Exchange 2003 is in Native Mode

Can you Please tell me how to change Exchange Server 2010 to Native mode.
I couldnt find Exchnage Server Manager in my windows Server 2008 R2.
Please guide me.
Its done only on Exchange 2003. Exchange 2010 doesn’t required to do that .
i would install prepare exchange 2003 to migrate in exchange 2010 but display administratif group is grayand I can ‘t change in mode natif 2003
check if you have any 2000 instances running. or dead objects in AD
