I find the internal URL for accessing ECp page, as: ex2013.local.com
But when type it in IE, I have an error as follow:
“To use Outlook Web App, browser settings must allow scripts to run. For information about how to allow scripts, consult the Help for your browser. If your browser doesn’t support scripts, you can download Windows Internet Explorer for access to Outlook Web App.”
But for https://localhost/ecp -> i can access successfully.
Could you give me advice to solve it, please ?

I did a new Exchange 2013 installation.
I didn’t any post installation action after termination of the installation wizard (12 steps )
Trying to access to the EAC (https://mbx01.mylabs.net/ecp) , I got thos message:

Server Error in ‘/ecp’ Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated.

check for dns settings in the server. Verify its having proper connectivity to domain controller.

Onpremises is not an existing word. I think you mean “on-premises”.
