Thanks so much for giving everyone an extraordinarily brilliant chance to read in detail from this blog. It’s usually very lovely and stuffed with a great time for me personally and my office colleagues to visit your site particularly three times in a week to see the new stuff you will have. And definitely, I’m usually impressed with the fabulous tips and hints you serve. Selected 2 ideas in this article are undeniably the most effective I’ve ever had.
Hey, Thanks for the post. I’ve got a question for you relating to the offline address book. I’ve followed your instructions and everything worked as expected. However, my offline address book is still on the 2003 server. I know this because whenever the 2003 server is shut down or disconnected from the network the offline address book becomes unavailable. How can I get the address book fully to the 2010 server? Thanks!
If you mailboxes have been moved completely.
You can Go ahead and move your offline address book.
Thank you
Please create a Offline Address book on 2010 and assign to your databases.
if you are end of your migration . please move your offline address book . Thank you
Hi, Thank you for your post. While moving OAB from 2003 to 2010 I’ve faced with following problem. Using EMC I’ve changed the server from 2003 to 2010 with no problem. But when I tried to enable Web-based distribution I was not able to select OAB Virtual Directory (list was empty, search found 0 objects). No idea how to troubleshoot.
Create new oab . Assign as default and assingn on database
Hi,
I have created a new OAB and assigned to the databases.
Now when I try and do a send and recieve I get Task ‘username@email.com’ reported error (0x8004010F): The operation failed. An object cannot be found’
Any ideas?
Try updating the OAB once . Verify Outlook pulls right OAB urls
we have migrated from exchange 2003(abcd.com) to exchange 2010(bcd.com) and moved only one mailbox/user to 2010 server and we are not able to send the e-mails to rest of the user present in the previous 2003 exchange contacts.
are you getting an NDR ? or what happens ?
