I have to start a new deployment where we have to deploy exchange 2013 and have to migrate it from existing Exchange 2007. please post some helping steps and approach which can be followed for the same.

Thank you for your Comments Sushil !!. As of now You cannot Install Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2013 RTM in the same environment Yet.
As a Rollup is yet to get release to Support Coexistence between Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2013 RTM ..Once its released. I Would start Testing and release the documents. Thank you !
Fine, but there must be some way out, as Microsoft has agreed to it with one the customer. customer is already having exchange 2007 and we have to deploy Exchange 2013 and after migrating all the users on new Ex setup we have to decommission the Exchange 2007 server.

There are some TAP customers for Microsoft . Who already began testing process. They are in a bug fix process as of now. Once the migration bugs are fixed and other minor bugs. Exchange 2010 SP3 and Exchange 2007 Sp3 latest RU will be released to the public soon. !
